Despite challenging times, buyers have been eager to invest in such an outstanding new development in the Tri-Cities area. We are extremely proud to have masterminded branding, brochures, floorplans, social media ads, and a website for this unique West Coquitlam development.
Demographics-Aware Branding
A clean & contemporary logo was developed for the young professionals that this project targets. Many symbols & illustrations were explored, along with a selection of bold yet welcoming fonts to create this memorable brand.
Development Brochure & Floorplan Sheets
Our comprehensive handout set is sure to impress your potential buyers. An intro booklet with carefully designed neighbourhood maps & the developer’s history, beautifully crafted floorplan inserts, as well as folders & business cards were all produced on-brand, on-theme.
