Brixwork is taking one giant leap forward to serve our customers better. We have been developing an MLS search function that uses a true RETS style data integration with the MLS server. This means that our customers are able to feed all listing data from anything that is publicly offered for sale on the MLS system throughout the REBGV,FVREB,CADREB.
We will offer a state-of-the-art map-based UI for filtering out products, as well as a more generic interface that allows you to to click between cities & subareas to look through what you need.
This will add a great amount of value to our Brixwork for Realtors customers, and their respective clients who are out to buy their next new home.
We are forecasting to have this done by September. We will keep you posted. Also note that a nominal monthly charge will apply for customers who wish to use this system, as the board fees & software development fees are substantial to provide such a service.
