Elliot Mandelcorn and Darren Smurthwaite came in full of enthusiasm and passion for their new venture: CreativelySold.com. We decided to brand the website name in order to fully encapsulate the dynamic of this unique team. They wanted to focus on how they serve their clients rather, than falling into the classic real estate agent trap of focusing on themselves. The result is a truly unique brand that emanates personality and passion throughout every piece of branded material.
Fully Responsive Website
With a branding scheme in place, the next step was developing a fully responsive website to showcase Elliot and Darren’s listings as well as any future building projects Darren might have. Their exclusive listing videos are some of the most creative and well done in the business so we made sure that those were given the spotlight on their custom listing detail pages and their custom marketing page.
Print & Digital Stationery
Taking the branding scheme and personality of CreativelySold.com, we created a stationery set including custom European-sized business cards with embossed logos, minimalist presentation folders and clean email signatures for both members of this dynamic team.
Print & Digital Media
Marketing doesn’t stop at websites and stationery. Elliot and Darren needed a comprehensive marketing package that would communicate their brand message to the world, help them creatively market their listings and set them apart from other agents in the area. We created custom signs with clever verbiage, Instagram and MailChimp templates to announce listings and open houses, beautiful custom feature sheets to market their listings, as well as materials for them to pass out to potential clients that maintain their unique personality with cheeky quips and bold designs.
