1. Research
A great presale marketing campaign starts with research. We started by exploring the story of the neighbourhood and the people who built this community to create a stunning visual story for Eliot.
Who
The project is built by RAR Developments, a family-owned local home developer with decades of history. It is marketed by the Dinani Group, a powerhouse in result-oriented real estate sales.
What
Eliot at Norquay is a modern low-rise condo development with 23 units for sale! It boasts electric carports, built-in smart home technology and a private rooftop patio for residents.
Where
The historic Norquay Village is located southeast of Vancouver’s downtown core, situated along the energetic Kingsway corridor. It’s minutes away from the Skytrain and Metrotown.
Every project is studied from the ground up, to thoroughly appeal to the target demographic.
2. Design
Our team was tasked with delivering a beautiful, forward-thinking and engaging campaign. The visuals and graphic assets for digital and print were thoughtfully designed to appeal to the demographic while showing the soul of the community that is being built.

An immersive experience is the key to a great showroom design. The signage, window graphics, wall art, and canvas artwork were all designed to tell the story of this development. The seamless flow from web, print to physical impression is a critical part of a comprehensive campaign.
