Realtor® Website Pages Designed for 3–5x Better Performance
Building brand awareness is a critical mission here at Brixwork. Major cities like Vancouver & Toronto have tens of thousands of Realtors® competing with a high failure rate, and creating a front-of-mind awareness that stands out is a challenging yet necessary task for any serious Realtor®.
3 Metrics To Measuring Your Website’s Efficacy
These 3 website performance metrics directly correlate to improving your brand-awareness!
The amount of time spent on your website and number of pages viewed by each visitor are two of the most critical metrics to measure how well a website is performing. A lower bounce rate matters too! These on-site metrics are just as important as the total traffic brought in. High traffic ending up in low engagement means very little benefits, like a fish net that has a hole in it letting go of majority of the catch.
By the time hundreds of other agents get the same cookie-cutter site, you’re back to square one with the rest of them.
Most other real estate website providers have an MLS® IDX integration engine with promises of “lead generation” mechanisms which are often nothing more than templatized websites with obnoxiously placed email forms all over the place. By the time hundreds of other agents get the same cookie-cutter site, you’re back to square one with the rest of them. Our custom designed websites deliver far better engagement & results for the high-performing clientele we work with, while even our basic templates offer full brand-matching for a unique look!
Designed For Better Performance Through Research
Our design & creative directives are set based on existing statistics, and we measure the effectiveness of new concepts for a more scientific approach and a result-oriented methodology. These bold new designs have returned great results by marked improvements on the 3 key on-site metrics. Few years ago we analyzed the pageview distribution on real estate websites, showing that buyers/sellers pages got very little views while majority of activity focused on listings & photos only. We have changed this statistic!
The following concepts often resulted in 3x to 5x longer duration on the webpage, much higher pageviews, while the bounce/exit rates decreased by almost 10 times on these pages compared to the conventional pages. Visitors who went through these custom-designed pages filled out the contact forms much more frequently (and that doesn’t even include the number of phone calls resulted, which we cannot measure).

Visitors with higher page views are much more likely to leave their contact info.
#3 – Visualized Services for Capulet Properties & Logan Wilson
Text-heavy, bullet-list only pages that list services are a thing of the past – image & photography driven pages keep visitors longer. Our Google Analytics numbers also show that visitors with higher pageviews are much more likely to leave their contact info on the lead forms.
